New Glass Buttons in the Works!

I've finally gotten around to working on some glass buttons.  It's been a while since I've used the kiln.  I'm just waiting for the glass to cool and then I get to see how they turned out.  I've peeked inside and all looks well but they're too hot right now so the actual colour doesn't show.  I've also put some laser transfer crow buttons in there.  I'm not sure if the same temperature will work for both but we will see I guess.  Hopefully tomorrow I'll have some pretty buttons to post pictures of.

 

 

I guess while the glass buttons are cooling off in the kiln I'll post some of my latest resin buttons.  These are a different fire truck design.  Fire trucks seem popular.  I guess little boys still want to be firemen.
